KB#9: Print Message Action doesn't print any email or attachment.

You should check if user who is logon to windows has permissions to write to the following folder:

<InboxRULES ROOT Folder>\actions\irsaprint\queue.

If it doesn't help, then you should check InboxRULES log file for more details. you can find log file in this folder:

Server Edition:
<InboxRULES ROOT Folder>\logs\eng*.log

Rules Wizard Edition:
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ORNIC\<InboxRULES ROOT Folder>\logs\rw*.log
