If it doesn't help, tehnyou should check InboxRULES log file for more details ("<InboxRULES ROOT Folder>\logs\eng*.log" for Server Edition or "c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ORNIC\<InboxRULES ROOT Folder>\logs\rw*.log" for Rules Wizard Edition)
