InboxRULES for Rules ("InboxRULES RW") is a MS Outlook add-in which provides a custom action for MS Outlook Rules Wizard. It can help you e.g. to save and print email or extract data from email after message arrives or is sent.
MS Outlook Rules calls the custom action after email arrives or when email is sent. When it fires a rule associated with the custom action, Rules Wizard calls InboxRULES RW to execute defined action.
Just now we offer three actions, Save Message, Print Message and Extract Message. You can save emails and their attachments to the disk or net folder, print emails and attachments or extract and save data from email into file, contact folder, etc.
InboxRULES for Rules Wizard Bundle includes these actions
Save Message is a MS Outlook add-in which can automatically save mails including attachments to the disk/net folder after emails arrive or are sent.
Message body can be saved in plain, RTF, HTML or native Outlook format. There is a possibility to customize message header in the save file and to include attachments info to the saved file. Save Message can work with attachments which were included or embedded to the message or which were included to the message as OLE object.
Print Message is a MS Outlook add-in which can help you to print mails including attachments after emails arrive or are sent.
Messages can be printed in plain, RTF or HTML format with an option to customize message header and include attachments info. Print Message has build-in support for printing HTML format. Graphics files are printed through 3rd party software, pdf files through acrobat reader, other formats are printed through applications associated to attachments type.
Extract Message action can automatically extract data from messages (sender's and recipient's info, subject, body, delivery time, etc.) when they arrive to MS Outlook account and store them into a file, Outlook folder or Personal Address Book. After saving data to the file it is possible to launch program with saved filename as a parameter.
Extract Message is often used to save web-form data sent from a website into the file or Outlook Contacts folder.
InboxRULES for Rules Wizard is necessary if you want to use our actions in MS Outlook Rules Wizard.
