Save Message action for InboxRULES can automatically save message body and attachments to the disk folder when it arrives to MS Outlook account or MS Exchange Server mailbox.

Message body can be saved in Plain, RTF, HTML or Native format. There is a possibility to customize message header in the save file and to include attachments info to the saved file.

Print Message action can print message body and attachments to specified printer.

It can print emails in Plain, RTF, HTML format and many type of attachments (build-in support for HTML format, graphic files through bundled 3rd party software, pdf files through acrobat reader, other formats through associated applications).

Extract Message action can automatically extracts the data from incoming or outgoing messages and stores them either into a File, Outlook Folder, or Personal Address Book.

Extract Message saves your time. You need not anymore reenter information that are included in an incoming or outgoing message. Extract Message automates this process.
